The Quebec Immigrant Entrepreneur Program invites skilled, innovative entrepreneurs to launch or acquire a business in Quebec. Revised in 2018 and updated further with changes effective January 2024, the program has two main streams:
Stream 1: Business Incubation
- Build and operate a business in Quebec with the support of an incubator, business accelerator, or University Entrepreneurship center.
